The Barix Annuncicom 1000 is a professional IP audio codec for paging, intercom, VoIP, surveillance, announcement, and voice evacuation applications. It provides balanced microphone or stereo line input, balanced stereo line output, eight supervised contact inputs, eight dry-contact relay outputs, one fault relay, RS-232 and RS-485 interfaces, and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet. Supported formats include MP3, G.711, G.722, and PCM. Two independent 24–48 VDC power inputs support redundant operation.
