Samson MDA1 is a mono active direct box for live sound and studio applications. It accepts high-impedance instrument signals and provides a balanced XLR output with a flat 18 Hz–35 kHz response. Features include a 1/4" input and Thru, 0 dB/-15 dB attenuation, ground lift, and all-metal 14-gauge steel chassis. It operates from a 9 V battery or 48 V phantom power, with a thru passthrough for onstage flexibility.
