The Sachtler Vario Ped 1-70 is a fully steerable pedestal for television studio and OB applications, supporting camera payloads up to 70 kg. It provides two elevation stages from 67 to 148 cm, with a perfectly balanced upper stage and a balance-assisted lower stage. Crab and steer operation, an integral manual pump, pressure gauge, detachable skid, 12.5 cm wheels and adjustable cable guards support controlled camera movement and transport.
