The Barix SIP Opus Codec MA400 is a PoE-powered, bi-directional mono codec for SIP-based intercom, studio-to-studio, studio-to-transmitter and event contribution links. It supports Opus, G.711, G.722, GSM, iLBC and Speex codecs. The unit provides selectable microphone or line input, transformer-isolated balanced line output, a 5 W speaker output, headphone output, USB audio I/O, RS-232 serial TCP gateway functionality, contact input and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet.
