The Plixus NP-1 is a single-sided E Ink nameplate designed for conference systems that replaces traditional paper nameplates. Featuring an ultra-thin 9 mm design with minimal power consumption, it provides crisp text with high contrast and a maximum 180° viewing angle for optimal legibility. The unit includes a request-to-speak button on the participant side with LED status indication (green blinking for requesting, red light for speaking). Controlled via the user-friendly Nameplate Manager software, it allows flexible configuration of display contents including participant names, titles, and logos. Automatic participant identification is possible when badges are inserted. The E Ink display retains information when powered off and eliminates reflection and flicker, making it suitable for filming and broadcasting.
