The Audio-Technica AT8015 is a line + gradient condenser microphone engineered for broadcast and film/TV production requiring long-distance sound capture. With its narrow acceptance angle and exceptional side/rear sound rejection, it excels in ENG/EFP applications. The microphone features a fixed-charge back plate, permanently polarized condenser element with 40-20,000 Hz frequency response. A switchable 80 Hz, 18 dB/octave low-frequency roll-off reduces ambient noise and vibrations. Operating on phantom power (11-52V) or AA battery, it achieves 72 dB signal-to-noise ratio and 110 dB dynamic range. Constructed with an integral 3-pin XLR connector, the 195g microphone measures 460mm long with 21mm diameter.
